- Le Phénix setup by A. Chines on February, 20th 2006 as the result of the experiences developed since 1994, working as employee and as manager/partner, in automotive, aeronautical and industry fields.
- WHAT
- The target is create a net/system of work that will take care of the planning by following the customer's official specifications, taking advantage as much as possible of the "gift" of internet (datas transmission).
This means that we're going to use ftp, webcam, mail, web sites and so on to get down the economic and logistic obstacle of distance.
Le Phénix takes care of analysis, development, study, planning, modeling and/or drawings of:
- welding equipment (manual and automated);
- handling, positioning and testing special equipment;
- special machinery;
- new manufacts (following the specifications);
- modeling with CAD catalogue's products or products already built and assembled
- HOW
- Generally the planning is realized with 3D cad, such as Catia in both versions (v4 and v5), KeyCreator (evolution of CadKey) and Fides (only Ford)).
Le Phénix can assure an inside working load of about 500 hours/month.
If needed (p.e. because of few time at disposition or for a big commettee) we have the possibility of having a good help from three other technical offices of experienced reliability, so that all together we can dedicate up to 4,500 hours/month.
As regards the simulations, they are realized mainly with Robcad.
